We had originaly designed our site with the intention of developing a 'family' site suitable for all ages. The reality is that most pages will probably seem utterly boring to most children under ten. Although we do make great efforts to find the best suitable musical and artistic talents some aspects of these talents may warrant 'parental guidance' due to language or lyrical content from sub culture's or past genres that may seem to advocate the use of drugs, immorality or utter stupididy of some sort. In these cases bands may have been selected to appear onthe 22 due to their level of musical ability or their foundational position in the formation of modern music and a red triangle will be placed beside these bands and artists with a brief explanation why.
So (if you're a parent), you can naturally expect your teenager to make straight for the triangles. Parents and Teenagers should also be advised that some links to MySpace band or artist pages do contain continualy changing comments submitted by visiting members of the public that may at times be offensive and that our featured artists may not even be aware of. If you are a teenager being distracted by Comments on a MySpace page then you do need to know that pornographic material added by strangers or even friends of the bands nearly allways contain spyware and 'phishing' traps that can seriously damage or irrepairably harm your computer and is nearly allways connected to a scam.
No matter how tempted you are to click and see DON'T as they are only looking for a way to rob you and your family.If you do spot a suspicious video or text link among any of the comments boxes of our bands MySpace pages -avoid them like the plague and report them as 'spam' to the bands site moderators. Also never give your personal details or address to anyone and never arrange to meet anyone alone from a posting on a socal network ever. We cannot be held responsable for the ongoing content on external links so play safe and don't get your butts burned in any scam.
DISCLAIMER
There is something very off-putting about the word 'disclaimer', even more so when you examine the terms some sites apply to their own . A brilliant or attractive offer can quickly lose it's appeal after reading one. Nevertheless, it is a legal requirement even though it does sound like a "Hard-cheese-if-you-get-scammed-or-ripped-offer" - which is certainly the impression some disclaimers seem to leave. The 'I'm not responsible don't blame me' line of thinking is not one we like to adopt, wether it is legaly true or not. To us the responsible approach to disclaiming is in issuing what we would rather call a 'common senser'.
Anything we do on the internet these days will allways involve a certain ammount of risk, wether we are buying from, or providing a service(the same applies to bricks and mortar shops and malls yet people tend to be less suspicious even though the same encryption softwares are used by malls on their cards). Viruses do affect the internet and hackers do try to break in to systems. Problems with other vendors are rare though unfortunately outside our control but consistantly poor products or vendors will be removed so please,please, do tell us if you experiance any problems.
The same applies with any earning opportunity which may be featured from time to time within our pages - we do our best to make sure they come from reputable sources with money back guaruntees and practical support. But common sense is essential when undertaking any on or offline opportunity, so please, never spend more than a portion of your expendable income on any potential income generating offer and be assured it is impossible (and in most cases now illegal if they are asking for money in the process) for anyone to claim that they can make you a millionaire overnight ( unless perhaps they're selling tickets for a national lottery). Well excuse me,.. but whatever you get up to in the privacy of your own home certainly has nothing to do with me!!I certainly have no interest whatsoever in those sorts of sordid details thank you very much! And we will never give, sell, reveal, or post on thirty foot billboards ,any personal details you submit; ie any names ,addresses, emails, financial details, embarrasing medical conditions or compromising photographs of you with high court judges etc unless... ordered to do so by another high court judge in a court of law or personaly and specificaly requested to do so by yourself . You on the other hand can send us anything you want (exept material of a pornographic nature because we realy, truly do not want sordid details) and if you think its of a high enough quality to share/ review or sell through our site we will view it in confidence. We will never usurp, tweak or abuse the copyrights of any group of, or individual, artists/authors/musicians works for our own or others financial gain and will do all we can to protect individuals artistic ownership and copyrights wether included in our pages or not.
Occaisionaly , when we discover a new product of interest, a jaw dropping talent ,or if a buisness or online opportunity can be firmly established and verified via our other sites we may email clients and customers who would like to or who have requested to be notified.

We do demand high quality and will assist encourage and advise any amatuer we think has genuine potential so if you think you are rubbish and your friends think you're cool maybe you should ask us.If there is a diamond in the rough we will show you where it is. We won't accept pornography of any kind -this site is geared for families, with interactive childrens pages planned for later in the year so don't swear on site if you don't need to, as effer's will be edited and end up with egg on their ediface.
